Our mattresses come with FREE & FAST SHIPPING to major metro areas. We'll notify you with delivery updates. Our delivery includes unboxing the mattress in your room of choice, and removing the box. There are simple instructions included on how to unfurl the mattress (which is part of the fun!)
We also offer the option to take away your old mattress for recycling if desired, and this should be selected at checkout.
Recycle Your Old Mattress
Opt for our Recycling Service + Premium Delivery shipping option at checkout and we'll take away your old mattress for recycling with Soft Landing - the largest mattress recycler in Australia that can recycle up to 75% of the mattress materials.

If you aren't happy with your mattress within 120 days of receiving it, we'll process your return and issue a full refund for the product. No worries. See our returns page for more details.
We offer a world class 10-year warranty if there is a fault with your mattress, starting from the date of your original purchase.

Regularly care for your mattress by vacuuming and lightly cleaning with water only. Allow the mattress to dry completely after cleaning. When it is first unpacked leave the mattress to breathe and fully expand for several hours before you sleep on it.
We encourage you to rotate the mattress at least once every 3 months.
