What are the payment methods available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We are working hard on adding more payment methods.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched our courier partners will notify you with tracking information. You can also check your order status on the Account page.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
If there is a mistake in your order you can Contact Us. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can make the necessary changes.
How do the shipping options work?
STANDARD - our products come with FREE & FAST SHIPPING to major metro areas. We'll notify you with delivery updates. Some postcodes will have an additional shipping fee at checkout and some postcodes we are unable to deliver to, however we are working hard to reach more areas of Australia.
For mattresses, we offer two additional shipping options:
PREMIUM SHIPPING - includes unboxing your mattress in the room of choice, and removing the box.
RECYCLING & PREMIUM SHIPPING - along with our Premium Shipping service, we'll take away your old mattress and arrange for it to be recycled with our commercial partners.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery to metro areas is usually 2-4 business days. For regional and rural areas it can take longer but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if I should choose a Medium or Firm mattress?
Our flagship Comfys Mattress has a Medium firmness which is ideal for most people in all sleeping positions. However, if you prefer a firmer mattress and are a back sleeper, you will enjoy the Firm option.
How do I assemble the Comfys Mattress?
After removing the mattress from the box and placing on your bed base, all that is left to do is break the seal of the mattress packaging using the small and safe cutting tool provided.
How long does it take for a Comfys mattress to inflate?
The mattress will initially inflate rapidly, and will reach full height over the following few days.
How long does it take to adjust to a new mattress?
Research suggests it takes over a month for your body to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask that you give it time and it will keep feeling more and more comfortable.
Returns
How do I initiate a return?
If you would like to initiate a return or contact us about the warranty, please let us know via the Contact Us page, being sure to include:
- Your email
- Order number
- Product
- Reason for return
What is the free returns trial period for each product?
For our mattresses, if you are not happy within 120 days of delivery we offer free returns and a full refund of the product. For all other products, the free returns trial period is 30 days.

How does a return work?
Depending on your location, we will book in a pickup date and time with you for our logistics partners to pickup the returned product. In the case of a mattress, it will be sent for recycling.
How long does it take to be refunded?
Processing a return can take up to 14 days. Your refund will arrive through your original payment method as soon as the returned product has arrived back at our warehouse.
