
120-Night Trial & Returns
If you aren't happy with your mattress within 120 days of receiving it, we'll process your return and issue a full refund for the product (any shipping charges are not refunded). We ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 days as it always takes a bit of time to adjust to a new mattress.
If you live in a metro area, we'll pick up the mattress for free. For regional and rural areas, you may be charged a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
For other products, the trial period is 30 days. In the event that an item is purchased as a bundle, the items other than the mattress will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned items should be in good condition - reasonable wear and tear is acceptable but products should not have mould, dirt, stains, smells or bed bugs.
We offer a world class 10-year warranty if there is a fault with your mattress, starting from the date of your original purchase. For other products, the warranty is 1-year.
